As we come to the end of our journey with The Sip Rig, we can't help but reflect on the amazing memories and experiences we've shared together. From serving up drinks at weddings and corporate events, to bringing the party to festivals and private parties, it has been an incredible ride. We are grateful for every customer, vendor, and partner who believed in us and helped us grow. Thank you for choosing The Sip Rig as your go-to mobile bar company.
While it's bittersweet to say goodbye, we are excited for what the future holds. We are proud of the impact we've made in the events industry and Sarah & Trish will always cherish the memories we've created with our clients. Time for us to move on to new adventures.

Creating special experiences, programs, and events has always been more of a joy than a job.
Sarah was raised and educated on both the East Coast and in the Napa Valley. She has had the privilege of working in hospitality for over 30 years, most notably in the wine industry in Napa. In 2006, Sarah and her husband founded a vineyard management company, so truly Sarah has worked from the vine to the wine.
Throughout Sarah's career in the wine industry, her expertise has been direct-to-consumer marketing, developing new revenue channels and creating one-of-a-kind experiences for guests. Sarah's love of hospitality and wine has long driven her desire to design a pop-up tasting room, to bring the experience to the guest. Recent and current changes for unique & safe events with beverages drove the search for creative solutions to bring fun and personalized Sipping events, hence The Sip Rig was born.
Garden State native Chef Tricia Tracey has led restaurants on both coasts in San Francisco and back in her home state of New Jersey, including stints at MoMo's San Francisco Grill, the Kimpton Group, Thirstybear Brewing Company, Mixx, and most recently, her own restaurant in San Francisco, Myriad Gastro Pub.
Tricia is known and respected in the San Francisco Restaurant community for her enthusiasm, drive, dedication, love of food, spirits and people, and her commitment to hard work. Her ability to motivate staff through hard work and strong leadership is balanced by her well-rounded experience in the day-to-day operations of running a successful, profitable business.
